Australia & Canada Top Cities
This week The Economist Intelligence Unit, the research side of the magazine based in London, found Australia and Canada taking up 7 of the top 10 most livable cities. Canada has 3 in the top 10 with Vancouver rated top, followed by Toronto 9th and Calgary 10th. Australia has 4 in the top 10 with Melbourne 2nd, Perth 5th, Adelaide 6th and Sydney 7th. With skilled employees becoming scarce in Australia and a liberal government policy on migrants with means, there may be a limit to how far house prices fall. Housebuying by young Australians may become an impossible dream for many. The top 10 list has been added to Resources in Lists. http://www.findem.com.au/resources/displayResourcesArticle.php?id=94
